Our patients deserve to know all treatment options available and be allowed to choose what is best for them as an individual. Our office will complete and submit dental insurance forms to your insurance company electronically to quickly to achieve the maximum reimbursement to which you are entitled. Your insurance will determine eligibility and payments base on your individual allowance plan. We choose not to work for insurance companies, contracts, or network plans that restrict your choice of provider or place limits that may influence your choice of care options. We pride ourselves in helping you achieve the level of oral health you want and deserve and are a non-participating providers for insurance companies.
We are able to help patients with most insurance plans. Please bring your insurance information with you so that we can expedite your insurance reimbursement allowance payment back to you. We also accept cash, check, health savings accounts (HSA), employer reimbursement, and CareCredit. We ask for payment the day services are provided regardless of services not paid for or denied for reimbursement by your insurance company.
