Med City Dental has over 150 years of being locally owned and operated. Did you know that Med City Dental is the longest continuously running dental office in Rochester, MN? Many patients have seen multiple generations of dentists and Dr. Funke has the honor of seeing multiple generations of patients. We value and are committed to creating meaningful, long lasting relationships with our patients. We are here to help patients for their lifetime!

We are patient centered, knowledgeable, committed, caring, fun and energetic office. We proudly serve patients not only working in downtown Rochester, but also patients of all ages in Rochester and the surrounding communities. We strive to serve all patients who seek optimum oral health to the highest level. Dr. Funke is a general dentist proudly treating all aspects of your oral health and treats you as a whole rather than single tooth dentistry.

The office is decorated in fresh, clean colors. Each spacious treatment room has windows with comforting background music. We also provide pillows and blankets in each room for your comfort as well as complimentary coffee, water, and sparkling flavored waters. Each treatment room is also equipped with monitors with streaming services, noise cancelling headphones, sunglasses, and earplugs.

Our office is fully equipped with an in-house lab where we fabricate bite splints, appliances, and make our own same-day crowns, inlays, and onlays.
