Kari - Office Manager: Kari was born and raised in Blue Earth, Minnesota. She has been in the dental field for 27 years, all of which have been spent with Dr. Carlson. Kari is married to Jim who is a local firefighter and they have a son, Colten. Their family loves spending time up north fishing on Lake Kabetogama. Kari enjoys getting to know our patients on a personal level and has established lifelong friendships with them. Kari looks forward to coming to work every day and delights in the camaraderie between our staff.
Kathy - Registered Hygienist: Kathy was born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota. She has been a hygienist for 29 years and has spent 25 of those years with Dr. Carlson. Now that her two daughters, Sara and Jackie are grown, Kathy and her husband Mark enjoy long road trips in their convertible. Through the years, Kathy has enjoyed getting to know her patients and seeing them grow through all stages of their lives. She provides excellent dental care and is dedicated to helping her patients achieve optimum oral health.
Morgan - Registered Hygienist: With the exception of 3 years in St. Cloud, while attending St. Cloud State University, Morgan has lived in the Rochester area her entire life. In her second year of college, she decided to become a dental hygienist; she is very passionate about oral health and educating her patients. In her free time she enjoys reading, boating, spending time with her friends, family, and her miniature schnauzer, Maddie. Morgan is very excited about working for Dr. Carlson and meeting all of his patients.
Toni - Licensed and Certified Dental Assistant: Toni was raised in LaCrosse, Wisconsin and of course is a devout Packer fan! She currently resides in Kasson, Minnesota with her husband, Dan and two daughters, Allie and Kenzie. Toni has spent her 7 years of dental assisting with Dr. Carlson. Her optimism and sense of humor bring joy to her patients and fellow co-workers every day.
Linda - Licensed and Certified Dental Assistant: Linda was born and raised in Lewiston, Minnesota. After raising her four children, Eric, DJ, Dustin, and Brittany, she pursued a dental assisting career and has spent her career of 6 years with Dr. Carlson. She and her husband, Ron now reside on a farm in rural Altura, Minnesota. She enjoys spending time with her husband and five grandchildren, and baking delicious treats. Linda's gentle and compassionate personality brings comfort to her patients and all that surround her.
Amy - Licensed and Certified Dental Assistant: Amy was born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota. After graduating from dental assisting school she began her career with Dr. Carlson and has been with him for 2 years. She currently resides in Rochester with her husband, Chad and their two children Gabby and Brianna. They enjoy spending time in Wabasha with their extended family. Amy is our dedicated dental lab technician who takes pride in her work. Her open-mindedness and genuine regard for others are reflected in all she does. Her sense of humor is enjoyed by both staff and patients.
